In this blog post you will find lots of ideas of activities to do outside during those winter months! Wether you don’t know what to do or you just feel like staying inside, I assure you that going outside in the winter can be just as fun as in the summer!
Before jumping into the actual activities I want to tell you why it is important to go outside even if it is cold and you feel like you don’t want to! But I have a mode indepth post about that if you want to inform yourself! Here are a few reasons: your mental health, breathing fresh air, vitamin D or even boosting your imunity!

4) Hot cocoa and S’mores

Fot this activity you will need more equipement like: an ice auger ( a tool used to drill holes in the ice), an ice fishing rod, bait, a sled to transport the equipement, food depending on how long you plan to stay,…etc.

You can set up a nativity scene in your yard or on your porch, you can light up your pathway, decorate your mailbox and use winter plants that survive the weather like pansies, ornamental kale, and evergreen shrubs.

16) Chop your tree

You don’t want to end up with a tree that’s too big for your living room.
